It's cool to be part of this group, since I'm already a fan of so many of its members. <br /><br />I recently sold a three-book deal at auction to Orbit US. The first book in the series will be published in summer 2009. It's currently titled Red-Headed Stepchild, but the jury's still out on whether I'll get to keep it. <br /><br />Here's the blurb:<br />Half-mage and half-vampire, Sabina Kane's mixed blood has made her the red-headed stepchild of the vampire race. Despite this, she is loyal to the Dominae, the vampire rulers who raised her to be an assassin. When I'm not writing, I'm chasing my five-year-old son, whom I affectionately call "Spawn."
